Technical Information
Brief overview of the risk:
A remote code execution vulnerability in Windows Hyper-V, a product of Microsoft which is used for hardware virtualization. Any client which uses the Plan 9 file system is vulnerable to this vulnerability. On successful exploitation of this vulnerability on a vulnerable Hyper-V client, an authenticated user can run code on Hyper-V servers.
