Technical Information
A remote code execution vulnerability in Windows Schannel, caused by missing release of memory after its effective lifetime in Windows Cryptographic Services, allows an unauthorized attacker to execute code over a network by sending a large number of malicious fragmented ClientHello messages to a server accepting TLS connections.
