The more severe of these vulnerabilities could allow remote code execution if a user visits a website containing specially crafted content or if a specially crafted application is run locally.

Detailed Information on the risk:

A remote code execution vulnerability exists in the Windows kernel due to improper validation of input passed from user mode through the kernel component of GDI. The vulnerability could allow an attacker to run code in kernel-mode and then install programs; view, change, or delete data; or create new accounts with full administrative rights.
