Brief overview of the risk:

An Elevation of Privilege Vulnerability in Microsoft Edge with which a remote unauthenticated attacker can gain administrative access. To exploit this vulnerability an attacker has to trick an user into visiting specially crafted malicious websites. This vulnerability has not yet been exploited in the wild and Microsoft has categorized this vulnerability under Exploitation Less Likely.
